Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Kids for the Future. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental delays reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations for children with developmental delays
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to address specific needs
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, using evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arkansas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays and special needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and physically interact with children
