Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Sage Hospitality. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing hotel accounts to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and reader board surveys
- Utilize yield management techniques to profitably negotiate room rates and function space commitments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date file management systems to serve clients and employers in an efficient and organized manner
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or hotel experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of general sales techniques, yield management, and customer service skills
- Ability to hear, speak, read, and write English fluently
- Ability to meet clients on and off premises, tour property, and attend functions
