Product Marketing Manager for AI Solutions

Job Description

We're Redis, a fast-growing organization at the forefront of real-time data and AI. We're creating a faster world with simpler experiences. As our Associate Product Marketing Manager, you'll help bring to market cutting-edge capabilities for GenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for AI products that resonate with technical and business audiences.
  • Create a variety of assets to tell Redis's AI story, including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Help lead the GTM strategy for Redis's AI solutions, including planning product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying target audience segments.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and collateral to support the sales team in communicating Redis' value proposition effectively.
  • Gather market intelligence, conduct customer research, and analyze the competitive landscape to refine product positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to dive into customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaboration and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
