About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our AI product platform. As a key member of our digital product team, you will be responsible for driving product outcomes, key results, and value rationalization across a new enterprise search product area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy, OKRs, and prioritization of use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, engineering, and design
  • Develop and implement solution prototypes and A/B tests to validate product solutions
  • Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirements
  • Communicate and influence VP-level stakeholders and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in an agile environment, focused on digital products
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience building high-complexity product solutions and achieving outcomes that span multiple business focus areas
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build expertise in unfamiliar domains and partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders
