Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product strategy, roadmap development, and execution, ensuring that our offerings align with the evolving needs of our customers and the broader healthcare market. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, while driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with Frontera Health's strategic objectives and drives innovation.
  • Prioritize and manage a diverse product portfolio, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, AI-powered products that meet the needs of our target market.
  • Drive product revenue and profitability through effective pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, clinicians, executives, and global partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in healthcare.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience mentoring and developing product managers.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement models.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
