We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Swift Medical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Plans
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
    • Work closely with sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Product Positioning and Communications
    • Collaborate with product management to define product positioning and develop value propositions.
    • Own all forms of product communications to the external market, including product information, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Competitive Intelligence and Market Research
    • Drive and coordinate competitive intelligence across the organization.
    • Deliver monthly updates on competitive activity, collecting competitive selling, pricing, marketing, publications, and intellectual property activity.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Marketing Materials and Sales Support
    • Create and maintain compelling marketing materials, including product information, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
    • Develop sales collateral, including battle cards, sales scripts, and competitive analysis.
    • Provide the sales team with the tools and training needed to effectively sell and support our products.
  • KOL Relationships and Customer-Facing Materials
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) alongside clinical leadership.
    • Own the process for approval and release of all customer-facing materials.
  • Demand Generation and Digital Marketing
    • Support demand generation campaigns and digital marketing efforts by aligning positioning and supporting content development.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing in healthcare, preferably to enterprises and providers.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Comfortable traveling within North America.
