About the Role

Analytica is seeking a skilled Technical Proposal Writer to support the company's growth efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing information and data to support various publications for a Federal Government audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine content by studying requests for proposal (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) and attending strategy meetings.
  • Support the Proposal Manager and the proposal process, meeting deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates.
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources and interviewing subject matter experts.
  • Develop proposal content by assembling information and creating solutions/outcomes/benefits outlines.
  • Contribute to proposal graphics development and write, revise, and edit drafts, including executive summaries and technical sections.
  • Maintain quality results by using templates and following proposal-writing standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of technical writing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
