Job Description

Spectrio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the post-installation support and service phase of client relationships and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with dealer principals and general managers to develop campaigns aligned with dealership marketing plans
  • Stay up-to-date on Spectrio products and services, as well as competitive offerings
  • Collaborate with the Spectrio Production Department to create and optimize digital assets
  • Measure and report on dealer satisfaction and its impact on client retention and renewals
  • Provide feedback and insights to upper management on the competitive landscape
  • Act as a liaison between internal client-facing departments and the client base
  • Launch and train on new product initiatives for dealers
  • Inspect and report on installed equipment
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Account management experience in the automotive industry
  • Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Relevant work experience of 6-8 years with outside automotive sales
