Job Overview

As a Home Care Service Coordinator at Arcadia Home Care & Staffing, you will play a vital role in scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule employees as directed by client care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Process patient authorizations, communicate with central admissions, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Create and manage work schedules, providing alternate coverage to ensure client care plans are followed.
  • Supervise direct service employees, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Assist with the new hire process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements & Competencies:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to recruit and cover shifts in the field as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
