Lifestyle Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a engaging and inclusive environment for our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily activities, events, and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities, trips, and events, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
