Objective:
We are in search of a dependable and self-driven sales account manager with experience to nurture existing client relationships and cultivate new accounts, thereby enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a positive outlook and the motivation to work efficiently. We seek an individual who is quick to learn and excels in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-house accounts while establishing new business relationships.
- Utilize ERP management systems, 20/20 design software, and e-commerce platforms to offer clients tailored product and service solutions.
- Engage with potential sales leads, including dormant accounts, to explore new business opportunities.
- Leverage your sales expertise alongside our product offerings to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on commitments made to clients.
- Monitor stock levels to effectively manage customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience in kitchen and bath cabinetry is preferred.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Familiarity with 20/20 design software or e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills are essential.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Chinese, Cantonese, and Spanish, are preferred.
- Experience in construction is a plus.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary for job functions.
