Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at ADP. As a strategic sales professional, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. You will work closely with our award-winning training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers to set appointments and gather leads from established internal partners.
- Assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions and use your ability to manage multiple sales processes at the same time through various stages in the sales process.
- Document sales processes and stick with the process through implementation until new business is up and running on the solutions you sell.
- Reap the rewards with industry-leading compensation, benefits, luxurious incentive trips, and awards as you see more and more deals cross the finish line.
- Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
- Strategic closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales.
- Proven winner with an ambitious spirit and the ability to thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them.
