Recruitment Support Specialist

As a Recruitment Support Specialist at Resiliency LLC, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the hiring process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Coordination: Assist in the recruitment process by managing the scheduling of phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring all logistical details are handled with precision.
- Interview Logistics: Coordinate interview arrangements, including candidate availability and any special requirements, to create a positive interview experience.
- Offer Management: Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding packages for new hires, ensuring all necessary pre-employment documentation is collected and processed.
- Pre-Employment Procedures: Oversee all essential pre-employment activities for new hires and temporary staff, including background checks and drug screening appointments.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate new employee onboarding by communicating with new hires, gathering required information, and liaising with IT and security teams as necessary.
- Application Tracking Administration: Serve as the administrator for the application tracking system, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Requisition Management: Create and maintain requisition files, ensuring quality assurance and review of job postings within your designated business unit.
- Special Payments Tracking: Responsible for monitoring and tracking special payments, such as sign-on bonuses and employee referrals.
- Event Support: Provide assistance for recruitment events, including job fairs and on-campus recruiting initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate in the design and implementation of enhanced processes and procedures to optimize the recruitment function.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates for various programs, including internships and temporary staffing across multiple disciplines.
Education: A bachelor's or associate degree is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment support, customer service, administrative roles, or related fields is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills to convey policies and information effectively, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management, along with the capability to prioritize and follow through on requests.
