Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Litigation Support Specialist for a permanent role. This position requires a highly organized and meticulous individual. The responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assembling necessary documents, outlines, and exhibits for court submissions, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
  • Preparing discovery responses and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Conducting research and fact-finding as needed.
  • Handling various other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a pleasure to collaborate with.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support.
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery processes is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures and the discovery process.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in proofreading and typing tasks.
