Role Summary:
This position involves supporting various infrastructure initiatives and assisting in the management of technology transitions and modifications. The ideal candidate will work under guidance to enhance their technical skills and contribute to team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to site infrastructure, including technology transitions and modifications.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to address defined challenges and provide engineering support.
  • Participate in basic engineering activities, including planning, testing, and supporting smaller infrastructure projects.
  • Support entry-level configuration of integration technologies under supervision.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers to communicate resource requirements and project priorities.
  • Maintain and update reporting functions associated with the ticketing system.
  • Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures that may hinder technical solution delivery.
  • Provide management with periodic updates and reports.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure accurate inventory data management.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a diverse technical environment, focusing on network and telecommunications integration.
  • Proficient understanding of structured cabling and power circuits.
  • Basic knowledge of client/server and network architecture.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Associate's Degree is required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with construction principles is a plus.
