- Facilitate the recruitment process by managing the scheduling of phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring all logistical details are handled with precision.
- Oversee the coordination of interview arrangements, including candidate availability and any necessary accommodations.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding packages for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
- Manage all essential pre-employment tasks for new hires and temporary staff, including background checks and drug screening appointments.
- Assist in onboarding activities for new employees, which includes communication with new hires and coordination with IT and security teams as required.
- Act as the administrator for the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive requisition files for recruitment tracking.
- Conduct quality assurance and review of requisitions within your designated business unit.
- Monitor and track special compensation payments, such as sign-on bonuses and employee referrals.
- Support special recruitment initiatives, including job fairs and on-campus recruiting events for interns and trainees.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of enhanced processes and procedures to optimize the recruitment function.
- Source and engage potential candidates for various roles, including summer internships, pipeline programs, temporary positions, and select full-time opportunities across multiple disciplines.
Preferred Skills
- A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment support, customer service, administrative roles, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to convey policies and information effectively, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with the capability to prioritize tasks and follow through on requests.
