Contract Duration:

4+ Months

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in production support.
  • 8+ years of expertise in incident management, job monitoring, and root cause analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, particularly in General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as Ab Initio.
  • Proficient in Unix environments.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools, including Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
