Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, inspired, and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment for guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling and customer service skills.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Support the execution of sales plans, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase guest engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
