About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests in a genuine and welcoming manner.
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Promote and sell our products and services, including our loyalty program and digital services.
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for guests.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
