Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist guests with product information, answer questions, and provide recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a positive store experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and customer expectations.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
