Job Title: Business Development Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the electronic component industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
