Transaction Management Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Management Director to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic, hands-on transaction management leadership to a team of transaction management professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement portfolio-wide transaction management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of transaction management professionals in negotiating new leases, renewals, dispositions of surplus space, and other real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of transaction management activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to handle complex transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate transaction management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
