Lighthouse Professional Services, a trusted partner in staffing and recruitment, is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist for a client in White Plains, NY.
Job DetailsThis role will support the Senior Manager of Vendor Contracts within Operations, assisting with contract management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Manage contracts with consultants and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- RFP Coordination: Assist in Requests for Proposals, coordinating meetings, reviewing Scope of Work (SOW), and verifying RFP packages.
- Purchase Requisitions: Create and verify purchase requisitions in SAP, ensuring seamless procurement processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders in Operations, Procurement, and Legal to facilitate contract management.
- Contract Review: Review, interpret, and research contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to reduce cycle time and enhance contract management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and able to learn MS 365 tools (SharePoint List, Power Automate).
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn SAP ERP.
- Attention to Detail: Highly attentive to detail and capable of navigating complex policies and creating processes & procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Engineering.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and/or project management.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $35.63 - $41.25/hour
