  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel, including the front desk and restaurant

  • Complete reports and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver quality meals and provide exceptional service to guests
  • Share knowledge of the local area and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
