About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Tech to join our Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team at Amazon. As a key member of this high-visibility, strategic team, you will directly impact millions of Selling Partners worldwide by re-imagining and delivering simplified listing creation and management experiences across Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Advocacy: Understand Seller and Vendor needs, define clear project plans, and execute to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Data-Driven Product Vision: Define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases and requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities.
  3. Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with other functional teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, and work with business, UX, tech, and analytics teams to define and deliver impactful solutions to our Selling Partners.
  5. Problem-Solving and Escalation Management: Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
  6. Product Roadmap Execution: Drive execution of product roadmap, GTM, and Selling Partner adoption by partnering with internal stakeholders.
  7. Communication and Coordination: Make smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
About the Team

The Selling Partner Listing Experience team, within CSPE, focuses on improving the Selling Partner product listing experience across our Seller and Vendor desktop and mobile experiences. We achieve this through experience consolidation, driving consistency across the Selling Partners experience, and developing new experiences to help our Selling Partners sell successfully on Amazon.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Experience in Product Management
  3. Experience with Feature Delivery and Tradeoffs
  4. Experience in Technical Product or Program Management
  5. Experience in Representing and Advocating for Critical Customers and Stakeholders
  6. 3+ Years of Technical Product or Program Management Experience
