Position Overview
The Senior Technical Sales Consultant serves as the primary sales representative for key clients, focusing on identifying, qualifying, developing, proposing, and securing business opportunities.

Post-sale, this role ensures that client needs are met, fostering retention and growth within assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate will cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations, aiming to provide tailored systems and services that align with their specific requirements.

This position requires proactive communication with both internal teams and external clients, collaborating across departments to address customer concerns and leverage new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in continuous sales activities to understand client needs and position EEC Acquisition, LLC to secure $1-$4M in project business, including service agreements.
  • Establish personal connections with clients based on trust and respect, striving to become a trusted advisor.
  • Navigate client organizations to build advocates and enhance awareness across various functional areas and local leaders.
  • Develop a robust pipeline for upcoming projects and deliver signed contracts as projected.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with leadership to review strategies for advancing both pipeline and projected business to meet individual sales objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive project details to Operations teams, ensuring compliance with client specifications, timelines, budgets, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate internally to resolve customer complaints and enhance processes to prevent future issues.
  • Analyze client repair and maintenance data to gain insights into customer needs, satisfaction, and areas for growth.
  • Create annual strategic plans for assigned accounts, including growth strategies and budget considerations.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews to assess EEC Acquisition, LLC's performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of sales processes with solid negotiation and networking capabilities.
  • Able to influence others through persuasive presentations and effective relationship development.
  • Results-driven, setting and pursuing ambitious goals while leveraging resources for success.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a plus.
