Customer Service Representative - UniFirst

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telephone inquiries and process orders via phone.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Provide support to sales representatives.
  • Assist in resolving customer account issues.
  • Handle credits and exchanges.
  • Collect Accounts Receivables.
  • Engage with walk-in customers, showcasing samples, measuring, and taking orders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a professional and friendly telephone demeanor. A strong team player, the successful applicant will also be capable of working independently, enjoying interactions with customers and problem-solving. Familiarity with an AS400 system and some PC experience is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

Eligible Customer Service Representatives may receive bonuses totaling up to $750. To ensure your success in this role, you will participate in UniFirst's Buddy Program, partnering with an experienced CSR for training and coaching.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry skills are essential.
