Role Summary: We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our dedicated team. The CSR plays a vital role in collaborating with our medical staff to ensure optimal care for our clients and their pets. In this position, you will provide compassionate and personalized service to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and their pets through outstanding service.
- Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling and overseeing appointments efficiently.
- Conveying client and patient needs to the medical team.
- Organizing and collecting medical records.
- Processing payments accurately.
- Performing routine office tasks such as scanning and faxing.
