Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and make members feel comfortable and welcome.
  • Front Desk Activities: Answer phones in a friendly manner, assist callers with various questions, and check members in.
  • Membership Management: Tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Problem Solving: Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point of sale system.
  • Class Promotion: Explain and promote our unique fitness instruction classes to our active members and new members.
  • Facility Maintenance: Uphold rules and policies in the facility, maintain cleanliness, and perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support for any employee who is absent and communicate between staff members any changes or information that is pertinent to their positions.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly and positive attitude is a must.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills with an eye for accuracy.
  • Physical Demands: Visible continuous activity during shift, continual talking, and frequent cleaning of equipment and facilities.
  • Leadership and Diplomacy: Positive leadership and diplomacy skills are required.
