Frost Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team. As a Teller Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of tellers and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of tellers to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to banking standards.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with banking procedures and internal controls.
  • Responsible for teller controls and audits, including vault, ATM, and cash dispenser management.
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and balance and review over/short DDA statements.
  • Communicate regular updates on service quality, teller performance, and internal controls to management.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate integrity, caring, and excellence in all interactions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a teller or banking operations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced skills in coaching, judgment, and decision-making.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in a teller or banking operations role.
