Invo Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based services team in Auburn, WA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to children in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers and staff with completing VB-MAPP assessments for students
- Develop individualized programs for students based on VB-MAPP assessments
- Identify preference assessment methods and provide training to teachers and ABA coaches
- Conduct classroom site reviews and provide consultation and training to teachers and special education assistants
- Support VB-MAPP with IEP alignment and collaborate with ABA coaches and therapists
- Provide supervision to BACB supervisees and RBTs as assigned
