Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language therapy services to students with exceptional needs. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary credentials and experience to support our educational mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Deliver direct therapy services aimed at improving communication abilities.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is mandatory.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
- Experience with Exceptional Student Education (ESE) populations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
