  • Physical stamina to perform job duties, including lifting and transferring residents.
Working Conditions

The Speech Language Pathologist will work in a fast-paced environment, providing services to residents in various settings, including therapy rooms and resident rooms. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

Education and Experience

A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field is required. A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing care facility, is preferred.

Physical and Sensory Requirements

The Speech Language Pathologist must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday, speak and write the English language in an understandable manner, and cope with the mental, emotional, and physical stress of the position.
