Job Description:

Fidelity Investments is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Investment Sales Development Program (ISDP) as Undergraduate Investment Sales Development Associates. This dynamic career development program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the financial services industry.

The Program:

As an Undergraduate Investment Sales Development Associate, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment where you will work directly with financial advisors to provide valuable market insights, investment product overviews, and portfolio construction ideas. Throughout the program, you will receive continual support and guidance to attain required securities licenses (Series 7 & 63), product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with financial advisor clients via phone and video conference to provide valuable market insights and investment product overviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors to understand their clients' financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to financial advisors and their clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
