About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Graybar. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, while selling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow customer accounts through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products
  • Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets

Requirements:

  • Ability to negotiate and persuade customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis
