  • Oversee the establishment of a robust I.T. roadmap, ensuring a well-defined system and application architecture.
  • Position the I.T. department as a valued partner and advisor across the organization.
  • Assess organizational I.T. needs and implement tailored solutions that support departmental objectives.
  • Manage I.T. projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and user satisfaction, including cloud migration and system integrations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex I.T. operations. The CTO will be a collaborative leader with a strong commitment to Earthjustice's mission.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated executive presence with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Experience leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to transparency and accountability.
  • Passion for environmental justice and the mission of Earthjustice.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide technology strategies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative technology solutions.
  • Experience in vendor management and technology project implementation.

Technical Expertise

  • A minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions.
