Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients throughout the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to ongoing technical support
  • Lead successful technical assessments and value demonstrations
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to surpass revenue goals
  • Build robust client relationships and advocate for their needs within the organization
  • Continuously develop your expertise in security engineering and incident response
  • Work alongside colleagues to address intricate challenges
  • Assist clients in resolving complex technical issues
Qualifications
  • Strong technical presentation and communication abilities
  • Experience in technical pre-sales or as a security practitioner
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, security logging, and cloud technologies
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS
  • A commitment to teamwork and problem-solving
  • Bonus: Previous experience in a rapidly growing startup environment

Compensation: $200,000 OTE (75/25 pay split) USD Annually
