HR Generalist and Compliance Specialist

As a Recruitment and Talent Development Manager with the SCUFCW Trust Fund, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. Our estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
About the JobWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our HR team as a Recruitment and Talent Development Manager. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent, as well as providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media marketing, and networking events.
- Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- Performance management: Provide guidance on performance management best practices, including goal setting, coaching, and evaluation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity laws, wage and hour laws, and worker's compensation laws.
- Analytics: Analyze data to inform recruitment and talent development decisions, including metrics on applicant flow, time-to-hire, and employee retention.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in HR technology, including applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and reporting tools.
