We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Coding and Compliance to join our team at The Center for Orthopedic and Research Excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the coding and billing team to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish a vision for revenue cycle management and optimize processes
  • Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and coding guidelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with 5-7 years in a Director or equivalent leadership position
  • AAPC Certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Experience working with senior level management to establish a vision and optimize processes
