About the Role

The Account Executive, Prestige is a key leadership position within our East Coast territory, responsible for driving sales growth across major retailers. This individual will be a strategic business partner, working closely with cross-functional teams, store management, and retail employees to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to consistently surpass financial objectives
  • Spearhead sales goals, marketing initiatives, and merchandising strategies for the business
  • Utilize sales data and consumer insights to propel growth and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and negotiate special events and in-store promotions with retailers
  • Manage corporate budgets and adhere to company guidelines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of account executive sales experience in beauty or fashion
  • Previous experience in luxury markets, preferably with major retailers
  • Highly driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with a history of leading in-store events and trainings
  • Leadership qualities demonstrated through leading, developing, and motivating sales specialists
  • Successful relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
