Position Overview

UPP Global stands as a premier provider in the realm of parking management solutions, operating across multiple states with a robust presence. Our dedicated Hospitality Team is in search of Full and Part-Time Valet Attendants for the Evening Shift in a dynamic environment.

  • Shifts lasting between 8 to 10 hours based on location
  • Evening shift hours range from 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm. Compensation is $20-$25/hr, inclusive of base pay and tips
  • Availability on weekends and possession of a valid Driver's License is required
  • Earn Paid Time Off at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked

Key Responsibilities:

As a Valet Attendant at UPP, you will play an essential role in ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience.

Core Duties Include:
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality services in an attentive and efficient manner
  • Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly
  • Assist guests with bell service, directions, and inquiries regarding the facility
  • Support guests with luggage handling during arrivals and departures
  • Provide transportation for guests via hotel shuttle service
  • Clearly explain parking rates and retrieval processes to guests
  • Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Comfortable with physical activity including sitting, standing, walking, and driving throughout the shift
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good hand-eye coordination necessary for driving
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
  • Current driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks
