Senior Manager, Overlay East Sales

As the Senior Manager, you will oversee sales to Cox Business customers and offnet clients, leading a team of Cloud Solution Consultants to drive revenue growth. This role involves meeting sales targets, coaching team members, collaborating with sales partners, and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance & Targets:
    • Exceed sales targets and lead the regional team to success.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Team Development & Coaching:
    • On-board and train team members to achieve targets.
    • Develop coaching programs and attract top sales talent.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with Cox Business Sales and marketing to enhance sales strategies.
    • Generate ideas and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement:
    • Support sales partners and customers, building strong relationships.
    • Travel as needed to nurture customer connections.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum:
    • BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience in managed IT services.
    • 3+ years of management experience.
    • Proven track record of sales success and networking expertise.

RapidScale offers a competitive salary with a base of $126,000 - $189,000 per year, plus an annual incentive/commission target of $75,000.
