About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Director - Business Development Leader to lead our sales and business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our global footprint, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the sales team, driving sales performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of sales success with a significant focus on business development in the management consulting or professional services sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of successful client engagement and acquisition, ideally as a partner or senior consultant.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with and influence top-level executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and manage effective sales teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Fortune 1000 and Fortune 200 space.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365) and MS Office Suite.
