**Job Title:** Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Manager to join our team at Chartwells Higher Education. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall success of our food program and ensuring the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related culinary experience, including 1 year at a management level. They will also possess knowledge of food and industry trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls, and presentation.

About the Role:

  1. Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation and cooking of various food items.
  2. Assist with planning and creating menus.
  3. Rollo ut new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team.
  4. Assist with managing cost controls and controlling expenditure.

Qualifications:
