Job Summary:

TSC Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for providing operational and EHS training to our construction crews, ensuring they are equipped to work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver classroom and practical training programs for telecom construction crews, including Competent Climber & Rescue, Competent & Qualified Rigger, and JHA training.
  • Provide NWSA TTT-1 and TTT-2 pathway training, 1st Aid/CPR, Capstan Hoist, Qualified Electrical Worker, Forklift, and OSHA Outreach Trainer courses.
  • Inspect crews working on job sites to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to ensure effective implementation of training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust training programs and improve leading/lagging indicators.
  • Verify and document compliance with required safe work practices and training requirements.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Confident and knowledgeable about Safe Work Practices in Construction.
  • Ability to field questions and resolve issues from crews and project teams.
