Job Summary

Stride is seeking a highly skilled Training Consultant to join our team. As a servant leadership role, this position is dedicated to the success of our internal team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on performance improvement and business growth.

The Training Consultant will be responsible for facilitating, evaluating, and coaching team members to improve their performance and reach organizational goals. This will involve creating training materials, delivering learning curriculum, and evaluating team member performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to create course materials and teaching aids, as well as work in a result-driven work environment. Experience in call center, sales, customer service, and education industries is highly desirable.

Stride offers a robust benefits package, including health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000, plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate team member performance for highest level of client service and call effectiveness
  • Gather and evaluate data to track team member performance and identify training needs
  • Diagnose performance issues and assist team members in measuring and enhancing performance
  • Align training/coaching needs based on evaluation
  • Facilitate learning opportunities to help team members reach goals and positively impact business objectives
  • Create knowledge check opportunities to evaluate post-training knowledge retention
  • Develop consistent and positive learner interactions and team member relationships
  • Identify and communicate performance gaps to the Leadership Team and Business partners
  • Responsible for training outcomes that impact team member performance and advance business areas towards company goals
  • Responsible for measured impact of team member performance through coaching and training

Requirements:

  • Associates degree required, bachelor's preferred or combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of training and coaching experience
  • Experience in call center, sales, customer service, and education industries
  • Ability to create course materials and teaching aids using Adobe Publisher, Canva, Power Point, etc.
  • Ability to work in a result-driven work environment
  • Ability to work remote
