Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Training Specialist to join our team. As an Aviation Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our aircraft maintenance personnel. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of aviation maintenance principles and practices.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training programs for aircraft maintenance personnel, including instructor-led classes, online courses, and hands-on training sessions
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and content
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in aviation maintenance training
* Communicate effectively with training participants, instructors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Associate's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Aviation Technology/Maintenance
* Two years of experience in avionics maintenance or installation
* One year of experience in teaching or training
* Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and cordial manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance
* FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating
* Completion of a CAE or Flight Safety Initial Maintenance course for one of Falcon's current production models
