Position Overview:

The College Dining Services Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support our marketing team in promoting dining services on campus. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a passion for marketing, food, and campus life. The coordinator will gain hands-on experience in various marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the dining services website. This includes writing copy, designing graphics, and producing video content.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments. Help develop strategies to increase follower engagement and grow our online presence.
  • Event Promotion: Help plan and promote dining events, such as themed dinners, special promotions, and campus-wide food festivals. Assist with event logistics and marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Dining Services team, student organizations, and other campus departments to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
