Job Title: Front Office Manager - Innside New York

Job Summary:

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell/Door Staff, and Valet at Innside New York. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to Front Office staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell/Door Staff, and Valet, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Team Development: Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Manage the Front Office budget, ensuring that all expenses are accurately accounted for and that revenue targets are met.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments, ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of hospitality operations experience, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certifications: Fire Safety Director Certification preferred.

Working Conditions:

The Front Office Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to guests and staff. The role requires flexibility, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
