Job Overview

We are searching for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our sales team at Compas. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships within our SMB market segment (1-1000 employee based companies).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Presenting the value of our enterprise suite of applications to prospective clients.
  • Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.


Requirements:
  • 3 – 5 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
  • Experience selling business applications is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.


The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
